About Our Firm
The Story Behind Haiduk Law
Haiduk Law, based in Geneva, Illinois, was founded on a simple belief: being charged with a crime does not make you a bad person. Too often, prosecutors and even some defense attorneys treat clients like case numbers.
Serving clients throughout Kane, DuPage, DeKalb, McHenry, and surrounding counties, Matt Haiduk built this firm to do the opposite—to see every client as a person whose freedom, reputation, and future are worth fighting for.
